TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched you will 
receive a confirmation email containing your 
tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days 
for tracking information to update after you 
receive your tracking number.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs 
fees, import duties or taxes upon arrival in 
your country. These charges are the responsibility 
of the customer and are not covered by PureTouch. 
We recommend checking with your local customs 
office before placing your order.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated 
delivery timeframe please contact us at 
support@puretouch.com and we will investigate 
immediately. We will either resend your order or 
issue a full refund if the item is confirmed lost.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct 
before completing your order. PureTouch is not 
responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect 
address provided by the customer.
